1. What is your return policy and how does it work?  

   Please contact our customer service team at Isystthebrand.com within 24 hours of your purchase to request an exchange or store credit.

 

2. How long does shipping typically take and what are the shipping options available?  

   All orders ship out in 5-7 business days, and delivery timeframes depend on location; it can take anywhere from 3-5 business days for delivery. We also offer express and international shipping options.

 

3. Which payment methods do you accept, and are there any additional fees or charges?  

   We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Cash App, and Apple Pay.

 

4. What is your store address?  

   We operate exclusively as an online boutique; however, we offer a local pickup option in metro Detroit, Michigan. After placing a local pickup order, you will receive detailed pickup instructions via email or text.

 

5. How can customers track their orders, and what is the process for doing so?  

   Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
